How reports are reviewed
Reports do not enter public scorecards automatically.
Before approval
A moderator checks that a report contains useful factual detail, fits the tertiary education hiring scope, avoids personal information, and is not a duplicate or abusive submission.
What we reject
We may reject reports that name individuals, contain sensitive personal information, make unsupported accusations, use abusive language, lack useful hiring-process detail, appear automated, or duplicate another submission.
What is published
Free text is never published. Approved reports contribute only to aggregate institution counts and closure rates after the public minimum sample is reached.
Limits and corrections
Scorecards represent moderated applicant reports; they are not independently adjudicated findings of fact. Applicants and institutions may request a correction by contacting [email protected].
This policy requires owner and legal review before production launch.
